I noticed the following things :

1. Meetings you created in Notes before your first syncro with the P800 as not synchronized.

2. New meetings are synchronized but start hour is wrong (always 00h00).

For the second point you can correct those by changing something in your mail template. Here is what to to :

- Open your designer and open the appointment form (_Calendar Entry).

- Open the QueryClose Event

- Add the following lines at the end of the QueryClose Event

Call Source.document.ReplaceItemValue("StartDate",Source.Document.StartDateTime)
Call Source.document.ReplaceItemValue("StartTime",Source.Document.StartDateTime)
Call Source.Document.save(True,False)

- Save your form

From now on your meetings will have the right value in you P800 and it will not have any side effect on your Notes client (as far as I tested it at least.....)

If you want to synchronize the meetings you created before your first synchro, create an agent that runs once on Appointement documents that will contain the same code you added on the QueryClose Event.

It should do the trick.
